The project required local market studies and SWOT analysis of competitors. Operational audits were conducted on acquisition candidates to validate the financial data provided to the due diligence team. The ultimate decision was made to acquire existing chain of rental stores and overlay new product introductions, rather than the challenge of building a competitive network over time.
